Aroma in Mijas
On this same road, is "Aroma" a lovely restaurant inn Mijas. We had lunch there today and tapas last night. Today's lunch was excellent. The worst bit of it was only good. I got three tapas, Alan got pizza, and his parents got crepes. All of it was really good and at a great price. Unlike most of the other restaurants in the area, Aroma doesn't have a huge menu and does what it serves really well! The café con leche was 'strong and creamy' and the star reminded me of always putting sprinkles on my coffee in SF. The difference is this lovely star was made out of really good chocolate!

Near Home
Occationally on Sunday, people sing from the parking lot. This may not seem like much, but the parking lot over looks the BP and the round-abouts that go into town, this creates a natural stage. It's a lovely way to wake up on Sunday, hearing the people singing and playing guitar as the sound resonates off the mountians.
It's never more than a song or two. Once you realize what's going on, they are done. I always tend to enjoy it.
This is happy!

Alan and I being silly
I am realizing these posts that I've done to day are a bit of catching up and a little out of order...
I'll do the last post of tonight, showing the day, long hair before the fallen hair.
I will update shortly with my new style :) until then, I hope you enjoy!
Friends
We were driving home from a great day at the beach and then we turned. It wasn't to go anyplace particular, it just seemed like a good road to turn down. We turned again and went up a hill, kinda got stuck in the bushes and saw a little horse.
Who would have known she had friends. Here they are.
Some nights you've got to go out
The moon was full a few nights ago. I couldn't resist driving up the mountain to get the ocean and moonlight. That night all the clouds had other places to be, it made me happy.
BBQ
We went to Alan's parents for a BBQ. Alan here is playing the guitar he made for his father. Alan sang us a few impromptu songs... it was like a Roast but everyone was fair game. good family fun.

I am asked..
Last night made it official, Yes. Yes Spain is hot and a bit dry.
What makes me say this? Last night around 10pm, I put my laundry on the line, this morning, at 9am, I woke up to find that it was dry. Which was good, because I already began to sweat and clean clothes to wear.
Today's high will be 90F and the lows in the 60s. I may find myself in the pool.
